Within the activities foreseen by the OrientGate project , the CNR-IMAA and Basilicata Region organize a Training Seminar on “Climate and Impact indicators: promoting their use through the Data Platform and shared tools” in Matera (Italy) on July, 24th.
The goal of the seminar is to explore how climate and impact indicators can support the policy-making process as concerns climate change adaptation. The event will provide participants with:
- an overview of climate and impact indicators used in the OrientGate project (theme, type, category)
- a detailed description of the data platform as a tool providing easy access to a large volume of different data
- a practical demonstration of how to calculate, classify and interpret indicators.
