The MED Thematic Community 'Efficient Buildings' will meet for the 1st Annual Congress in Nice, from 4 to 6 October 2017. The Conference “Choosing the route to Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings in the Med area: a pathway to policies and practices” is organized by the Horizontal project MEDNICE with the aim to circulate and disseminate the new initiatives to increase buildings efficiency adopted in Euro-Mediterranean projects.

This event will represent a good opportunity for Modular Projects to meet representatives of other projects as well as EU policy actors among which representatives of DG ENERGY, EASME and European Investment Bank.

During the meeting three interesting Training Sessions will be organized for partners of Modular projects on:

1. Innovative Financing Schemes
2. Building renovation tools and strategies
3. Schools in action

The Congress will be the occasion to share and capitalise the first outcomes of the PrioritEE project with all the whole MEDNICE Community.
